trying to get inspiration for essay writing again... got off to a bad start in the morning as i learnt of the news tt both arsenal and ac milan suffered defeats.. sad case man.. anyway last week training was rather fun... tried to stretch myself again during PT. ran 12 rnds (gah, lesser than n land), did chin-ups, sit-ups(new record) and pumping. pumpings are getting weaker and weaker for me.. i guess u can only train pumpings in groups rather than individually. u will only get motivated when there are people pumping wif u! =)

during rt played soccer again! wohoo. 4 goals in 2 games! beat that lol. but kh and melvin's goals were nice as well.. come on man, we muz try to do well both in academics and playing! (but of course mugging will take the front seat for tis yr)... let the mugging spree begin.

bad start... bad start to a new and important yr. got b3 for chinese, so i guess will dropping hcl.. cant take too much of a risk. few of us decided to focus more on improving our current results. for others who want to continue, gd luck for hcl!

on a lighter note, yesterday's training was fun though i was late for it due to history remedial. ran 7 rnds, so i currently owe only 6 more rnds. wohoo. but was rather slow again. timing was 11.50 and as wad dao liang say "u can go die!" wth, muz improve to 9+ tis yr. gogogo! afterwards did sit up and pull-ups. crap another drop in standard, pull-ups only managed 8 but sit-ups did 60 in a min. finally managed to hit 60 in a min.

rt was soccer, which was pretty cool. scored a hat-trick! which was even coooler. after trng did a bad thing... i actually pang ken and toh hong lol. bad boy.

come on man, lets go mugging! cant afford to put more time on this place anymore. its time ta mug!
