Cross country,training and emotions....

got training on last friday...muscles all already aching and tight from thursday's Cross Country...but then the next day still got training...abit weird neh....all the marshals all got duty yet they still give training on next day...no nid to wash the uniform liao??? majority will smell damn "nice".... not that i hate training,but sometimes why set until the training schedule so weird? then IC wei kit say is Sir Goh set de.... btw from wad i heard when i finish the 3.5 km,my timing was between 13-15 mins....so slow...then zi wei and da ren niao still come pester me,keep say i shuld have gone to the competitive ones...to make it to the top 10,i have to get 12 mins leh!!! be realistic can anot? then ur again say i slacked ...haiz sometimes ppl really ask too much,and thought dat we didnt try... i ran alongside the NCC LAND Best Pt leh...Yuan Ye...obviously he is better than me lah..duh...neck to neck then finally he sprinted in the end and outran me...i slower than him by 2 secs nia...

then wake up next day,find myself aching all over...haiz...afternoon got training...do PDS all the way...dunno how to describe my thoughts and feelings towards PDS leh...not say i dislike it,neither do i love it fantastically, its just dat i find it interesting but difficult to execute the moves...especially the most recently learnt one...frustrating tt i cant execute them smoothly..juz feel guai guai de... but i bet u anything dat Toh Hong will bcome the PDS AI for our lvl, he execute until damn zai...flick until so nice,pattern zui zui..lol...

then after training staff say he find my physical training dropped? k lah mayb indeed it drop...most probably now focus alot on studying..with my grades dropping which i cant really xplain,how to find time to train? not dat i trained much last year,but at least in school slack abit and practice trying to do 1 pull up or race with others in 1 lap see who faster...now no motivation to do so ler..coz studies all going so fast-paced... would u rather risk ur grades for better fitness? i dun dare man! i wun try to emalute the heck-care students who only care whether they look good in front of girls or do they get enuf hours to game in front of their com by reaching home early... i will try not to find out the atmosphere of a classroom holding a re-mastery review...nowadays...even during warm-up for PE,i am continuously thinking and pondering over studies..

staff also said i gave the sianz look nowadays... for tis one, i am not so sure...coz alot of my friends say i very cool or act cool, like daniel and zheng qian...but i not acting sia...tis is my natural look, nobody can change it unless something or someone very big influence me until i get very cheerful or damn funny or heck-care..so for tis one i dunno...coz i last year oso give alot of tis kind of looks... no matter i am studying,doing PE,Drills,PT,ordering my class or talking to my friends... but i am not a wooden block,i still laugh at jokes and crack some myself

wonder next tis coming friday got training anot...coz thursday got Sec 4 PTM,involving the NCOS themselves...then i will reach home damn late on tt day oso...

hopes: 1 get good marks and grades for my studies,daily exercise,projects and examinations
2 get back my fitness, my 2.4 deprove leh... 11.20 mins.. so slow...muz improve to
10.30 mins then slowly aim for 9 +... sports class got 8 mins de leh!!!
